we’ll get right on it
yesterday in Marketing class we were discussing marketing for homes for the elderly, and I mentioned that it would be a good idea to target middle-aged people, as they are quite often the ones who have to make decisions regarding long-term care for their parents.
only in French, I didn’t actually say “middle-aged people”. I said “the people from the Middle Ages”.
yeah.
so anyway, if you have to do any marketing in France in the future, you might want to look elsewhere.
I don’t know, I think people from the Middle Ages could be very useful to market homes for the elderly to. They listen very politely throughout your pitch, and while a lot of them were dirt-poor, some were filthy rich.
The only real problem is actually closing the deal. But that’s not marketing’s job; that’s what sales does. 🙂
awesome. reminds me of the time I was trying to say “garlic salt” and I said the equivalent of “wing salt”. It was awesome.

heheheheh
I agree. Sometimes when we mis-speak we stumble upon great truths. Like a blind and hungry man finding a seed. At any rate, people from the middle age, or the medieval age, or even any age whatsoever, as long as they have some sort of experience in a historical real estate market or housing cost precident I feel it’s not only relevant but perhaps more poignant than the current real estate clowns pimping themselves and their wares.
In other words, I’d sooner buy from someone who was knighted than licensed.
