I really like fruity salsa. The other day I had some peach mango salsa, and today it’s raspberry chipotle. Note that these are spicy salsas – none of that “mild” stuff. The combination of sweet and spicy really agrees with me.

I put chocolate in my garlic-heavy chili. I am so right there with you.
I’ve had salsas that were made entirely from jalapenos — combining several methods of preparing them to bring out either the spice or the fruitiness of the pepper. Delicious.
