this evening

after work, Yvonne surprised me with a really awesome dinner.

She used the fondue set that came with our wok to create a really nice three course meal.

Course one: French bread, pretzels, cauliflower and broccoli dipped in a Swiss and cheddar cheese fondue.

Course two: Strips of sirloin covered with Mandarin orange sesame sauce dipped in a beef bouillon fondue, with a curry sauce for dipping.

Course three: Angel food cake, strawberries, bananas and apples dipped in a chocolate fondue.

afterwards we spent some time reminiscing a bit about our adventures together and talking about what lies ahead.
